Corisande's story

Corisande Collins suffered a spinal fracture and complete paralysis of the lower limbs at the age of 20 in a workplace accident.

At the time of her accident, Corisande was working part-time at a local store, to help fund her university degree, when a roll cage fell on her back.

She was rushed to hospital where she learned she had been severely injured and that she would never walk again.
