The client care consultant we instruct on behalf of our client are always professionals who are specialists in knowing when and where someone needs to be throughout their acquired brain injury treatment and rehabilitation stages of recovery.

These professionals are involved in working with the client as soon as they are instructed by us.

Thompsons secures an interim payment

Thompsons will always apply for an interim payment as soon as possible. This sum can cover the cost of medical treatment, therapies, support, transport, replacement wages, and any home adaptations needed before any final compensation is agreed or ordered as a judgement in the case.

Thompsons secures admission of liability from the defendant/s and employs a case manager  

Acquired brain injury claims are complicated but we will do everything we can to get you the maximum compensation in the shortest possible time.

Once liability is admitted, where needed, a case manager takes over from the client care consultant. The case manager coordinates private care packages, for whatever care and acquired brain injury support is needed. This can range from physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, to organising taxi accounts and food shopping.

While the rehabilitation process is ongoing, Thompsons will continue with the litigation claim until a settlement is agreed or determined at trial.
