Amy Ralph

Amy joined us in May 2024 as a trainee solicitor, based at our Bristol office. Amy obtained her law degree and LPC at University of South Wales and is a fluent Welsh speaker.

Amy was keen to undertake her training contract at Thompsons, as she understands the importance of the trade union movement and justice in the workplace. She appreciates the opportunity to assist those who have been mistreated and firmly believes in the power of law to rectify injustices.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys travelling, fitness and motorsports.
