Caragh Hogan

Caragh Hogan began her legal career nearly twenty years ago, securing compensation for former miners and their families from the National Coal Health Scheme. She now works at Thompsons' Cardiff office and manages a range of personal injury claims for clients from a range of unions.

Her work covers accident claims, including accidents at work, road traffic accidents and assaults. She particularly specialises in assaults in the workplace by minors and vulnerable adults, and has acted for clients suffering from both orthopaedic and psychiatric injuries.

Caragh places great importance on working exclusively for the injured party as that allows her to specialise.

In her spare time, she volunteers for Marie Curie.
