Clare Sharples is a member of the team at Thompsons Solicitors, based in Birmingham.

Clare is a litigator in the Fast Track team working from the Birmingham office managing a case load of accident Claims arising from a variety of circumstances.
Clare has over twenty years experience representing Claimants. Many of whom have been seriously injured or who have been part of large group actions arising from illness and injuries acquired abroad. Clare has also dealt with a number of claims where the Claimant has acquired legionnaires disease either whilst on holiday or in the UK. A number of the clams Clare has been involved in have also arisen from fatal injuries. Clare is a people led lawyer who strives to get the Claimant she represents the best results to allow them to move on following their personal injuries.
Clare has been involved in a number of landmark cases in her career and although not many claims proceed to Trial she is proud of being the legal representative responsible for a number of ground breaking results. This includes the Case of Eldridge and other V TUI which was successful after a 10 day contested Trial and resulted in many Claimants affected by gastric illness abroad obtaining damages for their injuries and Losses. Clare has also been involved in complex mediations resulting in awards of damages.
Clare qualified as a Legal Executive in 2013 and achieved fellowship of the Institute of Legal Executives thereafter.
