Connor Ford

Connor joined us in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant, within our Trade Union Law Group, based in our Bristol Office.

He has since progressed to a Support Assistant and Paralegal.

In May 2025, Connor deservedly received a training contract and is currently a Trainee Solicitor working in Employment Rights and Trade Union Law Group seats.

Connor studied Law as an undergraduate at the University of the West of England, receiving a 1^st Class qualifying law degree (LLB(hons).

Connor studied as a postgraduate at the University of Law, receiving a Master of Laws with Distinction in Professional Legal Practice (LPC & LLM).

Connor was keen to undertake his training contract at Thompsons, as he understands the importance of the trade union movement and justice in the workplace.
