David Roberts

Dave is a senior solicitor in the serious and catastrophic injury team, based in the Manchester office and acting for clients across the North West. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2003, Dave has always specialised in personal injury litigation and acting for catastrophically injured accident victims and their families.

Dave�s particular specialisms include acting for those with severe brain injuries, those who have suffered amputations and clients who have sustained serious orthopaedic and poly-traumatic injuries.

Dave has represented families at inquests and pre-inquest hearings, securing significant compensation settlements for families including children of the deceased.

Driven to secure the maximum possible damages, Dave works with his clients and their families to draw together a team from multiple organisations that offers the best possible immediate and long-term support and rehabilitation.
