Erica Burrows

Base in the Birmingham office, Erica is  a Senior Solicitor working in the Clinical Negligence Team at Thompsons. She specialise in pursing claims for claimants who have suffered injuries as a result of medical negligence. She has a diverse case load of complex matters which are both in the pre-action stage as well as litigated matters. She also advises families about the inquest process and those who wish to pursue a claim under the Human Rights Act 1998.

Erica has experience of working on a varied case load which includes delay in diagnosis of cancer, orthopaedic and urological cases as well as birth injury claims, spinal cord injury and fatal claims.

Erica qualified as a Solicitor in 2011.

As a mum to three children Erica spends a lot of her free time watching and supporting their extra curricular activities. She enjoys swimming and loves to read and bake in her spare time.
