Karishma Renoo

Karishma studied biological chemistry at Aston University and worked as a safety adviser and safety legal lead at GlaxoSmithKline for just under three years before undertaking postgraduate legal qualifications, including an LLM, at The University of Law in London.

Having worked in safety and realising that she wanted to work for people rather than on products, Karishma's motivation was to work for claimants and those who would otherwise struggle to access representation, making Thompsons a perfect fit.

Outside of work, Karishma loves cooking a variety of cuisines and keeps fit by going to the gym.
