Nick is a principal lawyer and partner with over 25 years of experience representing victims of accidents and disease. Nick has managed teams at Thompsons in Plymouth, Bristol and Cardiff.

• Represented the family of a man killed by being crushed in a conveyor belt which was not properly guarded. The company was fined over £1m.
• Recovered £400,000 for a victim of mesothelioma who worked at Dungeness Power Station.
• Represented a merchant navy sailor who served on oil tankers and developed mesothelioma after exposure to asbestos dust on board. The damages were over £300,000.
• Advised a power station worker from Hinkley Point in Somerset who developed mesothelioma and recovered damages of more than £250,000.
• Recovered £220,000 for a man who developed mesothelioma while working as an electrician at Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth.
• Secured compensation of over £200,000 for the widow of a London Underground worker who died from mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos.
• Secured compensation of more than £180,000 for a chemistry teacher who developed mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos from Bunsen burner gauzes and mats.
