Samantha Logan

Qualifying as Solicitor in 2003, Samantha has extensive knowledge in high value personal injury claims. Samantha predominantly deals with employers liability, public liability and road traffic accidents.

Samantha has vast experience dealing with clients that have experienced brain injuries, serious orthopaedic injuries and psychological trauma.

Samantha has vast knowledge with the litigation process and has guided hundreds of clients through the court process which can be the most highly stressful aspect of a claim, offering advice and reassurance to make the whole process as smooth as possible.

Samantha has worked in a number of Liverpool based Personal Injury firms before joining Thompsons in 2025. Samantha thrives to obtain the best outcome for clients whose lives have been changed forever and secure the best future for them they could possibly have.

When not working, Samantha enjoys spending time with her young family, Pilates, travelling and is learning to speak Spanish and play guitar.

• Secured a settlement of £650,000 for a gentleman involved in a road traffic accident who was unable to return to work had had complex injuries requiring medical reports from 10 different medical specialists.

• Samantha worked as part of the Inquiry team representing 12 of the families who lost loved ones at the Manchester Area Bombing in 2017.
