Thomas Hamilton is a member of the Amputation claims team at Thompsons Solicitors, based in Leeds.

Thomas qualified in 2021 and is a personal injury lawyer specialising in claims for clients who have suffered the most serious injuries in the Yorkshire and Humberside area.
Thomas has over 10 years experience and specialises in high value and complex cases including severe orthopaedic injuries, amputations, spinal cord and brain injuries on which he works individually but also, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Thomas guides his clients through the complex claims process, advising on the merits of the claim at the earliest opportunity and obtaining interim payments from defendants to fund a rehabilitation package. On a daily basis, Thomas is driven to make a real difference to those who are facing what initially will have seemed to be insurmountable odds.
Thomas is proud to work for a firm that only represents the injured and mistreated, as he is completely committed to those same values.
Outside of work, Thomas is a member of the National Trust and takes advantage of his membership to go on regular walks with his wife and two young boys. Thomas is a season ticket holder for Rotherham United, rarely missing a home game, and he also attends music festivals and concerts.
I found your service to be excellent. I found Mr Hamilton to be friendly, explained everything in a way that I understood (i.e. did not use legal terms), I felt able to trust Mr Hamilton to act in my best interest. I would recommend your company to my colleagues at work.

Thomas former client
I just wanted to pass on how great Thomas has been to work with. He has been thoroughly invested in this claim, exploring all avenues and really making sure everything that could be done has been done for the Claimant. Through his hard work we were able to reach a conclusion that the Claimant was happy with.
