Victoria Kingscote

Victoria is a senior serious injury solicitor based in Thompsons' Birmingham office. Victoria handles cases involving head and brain injuries, as well as multiple orthopaedic spinal injuries and fatalities. Victoria typically handles multi-million pound cases for children and adults and puts her clients at ease from the outset.

• Settled a £500,000 claim for a client hit by a truck while driving, leaving her with Functional Neurological Disorder, which means that she no longer lives an independent life due to chronic pain and fatigue.
