William Pym

Based in the Bristol office as part of the personal injury and Industrial disease team, Will Pym is an experienced Paralegal specialising in personal injury claims and industrial disease claims. He represents Thompsons' clients across Wales and the South West, whilst also assisting Principle Lawyers within the team.

Will has been working in personal injury for the last five years and enjoys building up a good rapport with the clients and being able to obtain the compensation they deserve.

Outside of work, Will enjoys running and enjoys regular park runs and half marathons.

Case Experience

• Client was exposed to damp and mould whilst working in a school. Exacerbated her pre-existing asthma whilst she was required to work in the damp and mouldy classrooms.  Defendant denied that there was any mould or damp. Managed to prove there were damp and mould problems and settled for £7,000.
• Client was exposed to sewage which resulted in the client getting stomach issues, settled for £25,500.
