How much compensation can I claim for a misdiagnosis?

The amount of compensation you can expect to receive from a misdiagnosis claim depends on several factors. How much does it cost to make a misdiagnosis claim?

Most of our clients make no win, no fee misdiagnosis claims, which means you only  pay legal fees if your claim is successful.

If you win your claim, we cap our fees at 25% of your compensation award, so you’ll always keep at least 75% of any damages won – unlike many other claims firms who will take a higher percentage of your compensation.
