Miriam Roka

Miriam is a serious injury paralegal based in Thompsons� London office.

She deals mainly with claims for clients who have been seriously injured as a result of a road traffic accident, an accident at work, an accident in a public place or an assault.

She also assists senior solicitors with their medical negligence claims resulting from birth injuries, surgical errors, misdiagnoses and delays in diagnosis or treatment.

Miriam acts as one of the first points of contact for clients whose claims are being handled by the serious injury and medical negligence department, assists with the day-to-day running of the cases and attends hearings, conferences and settlement meetings.

Miriam prides herself on her attention to detail, communication skills and her ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
